I recently purchased a car from Spuhler Auto and have been very disappointed. Not only was there very poor communication throughout the process, but the car was advertised to have remote start and keyless entry. Upon pickup we asked for the entry code and they were unable to provide it and said they would get back to us. I never heard from them. Turns out the car does not have keyless entry, but original door had been replaced with one that had a keypad. Be wary about your purchases.

Hello Amanda. After your dad discussed the price of the car with us and we had given our best price, he made an offer lower than we could accept. I'm not sure how that is demeaning. We did not change the door on the vehicle and provided the door code a few days after the sale. This was followed up with a conversation with your dad.

We've had many of our automotive repairs done by Ken and his guys. They're usually able to get us in by the next day and the work is completed on time and often for less than the quoted estimate. Great local shop, with honest people.

Thank you to the gentleman that helped plug a tire while we were stranded at an Eau Claire gas station! We were on our way to Minnesota for Christmas and thought we would miss Christmas Eve with family waiting to be towed somewhere. My family and I can't thank you enough!!!
