I ordered a Chicken Philly spud for lunch. It had 5 pieces of chicken, no cheese, and minimal toppings. I have ordered the same spud from the S. Green River Road location and it was loaded with chicken and toppings. I had it for 2 meals! Very disappointed with this location.

I'm wondering, has ownership/staff of this location changed? I've ordered twice in the last month. The first time my order was wrong and they put me down for a free spud to replace it. This time my replacement spud tasted like the steak was covered in pepper. I've been getting this same spud for a long time and I love it but not lately. I was also convinced a long time ago by a girl who I assume was the owner to try the mac-n-cheese with chicken and bacon for the kiddos. They love it and want it every time we go. Hi Ashley!!! I'm so sorry for the bad experience that you had at our restaurant this evening. I'll contact the store right away and have them sample the steak. We do use pepper to marinate our steak. Perhaps it didn't get mixed up as well as it should have. I appreciate you bringing it to my attention. The chicken bacon Mac and cheese was taken off the menu a while back but clearly we can still make it without any effort.
