Today, however, under the ownership of Laurie Aicklen, Spudly’s offers a broader menu that includes soups, salads, burgers and sandwiches. Potatoes are amazing, me (fatty) approved. My husbands first trip to NOLA. Had to take him to Spudleys, been telling him about for years. Glad to see the place open. Staff great. Will be back this May. Thank you!
