I had an excellent buying experience when purchasing my Cobb Accessport from Richard. He was very prompt at responding to my every question and concern. He took the time to explain the necessities of current firmware updates and was incredibly patient in his detailed instructions of installing the Acessport w/ TCM. I will without a doubt consider purchasing products in the future. My product was carefully packaged and promptly sent, complete with tracking number and the link to track it. Whether it be to have tires mounted, to buy a set of coilovers, to have a full suspension lift kit installed, or to even ask for some advice about a weird noise that my car was making. They're always more than willing and able to help out!
Quality work, excellent turn around time, and top notch customer service! As a female it is nice going into a shop that doesn't try to give me the typical "you need to change your blinker fluid" crap LOL. Knowledgeable and friendly, I highly recommend!
