From the day we moved into our apartment, we knew there would be some problems, which we were fine with. However, the sliding glass door leaks, and despite our efforts to contact someone to fix it, no one has come by as promised. Additionally, it's not obvious where to take the trash. Apparently, we've been using the wrong dumpster all this time because we didn't know where the correct one was, and we still don't. We only know it's not the one we've been using because they put a notice on it.
For rentals in Vermillion, it is hard to find a better apartment at a better price with this good of a location to campus. We lived in these apartments for 7 years. The units are clean, big, Central air /heat. The owners are responsive to repair issues, maintain the grounds nicely and keep the parking lot plowed in the winter. Auto pay rent is handy.
