Holli is the most wonderful kind person I have ever meant she made my husband and I move in so easy and smooth and she was so patient with us I'm so thankful and blessed to have a property manger like her ther and frank is always work and fixing things he is a hard working man great maintenance guy
Holly has been an amazing manager the best one we have ever had.. keep up the amazing work and our maintenance Frank as been doing amazing repairs on our apartments. We are blessed to have such hard working people that have been trying to keep up with the neglect that we have endured in the past couple of years they need gold stars for all of their hard and amazing work plus the amount of progress!
Well, Ive lived in this complex for about 8 yrs or so. Police are constantly making rounds which is a plus, not that there all good but for the most part. The manager Kim is very nice and helpful. Now for the cons. They only have like two maintenance people that bounce from place to place and open 2 days a week. So getting something fixed can take quite a long time.
