Incompetent. I was called twice to explain the reason for my appt, each time prompted for more information. When I got to the appt, the nurse then asked me again and said there were no notes in my file, and then the dr asked me again. Mind you, I have been being seen for the same reason for years bc the dr can’t figure it out despite near $1000 prescribed lab tests.
