Everything is nice. I saw more than 1 person cleaning things, not just in the rooms but in the waiting area as well. Everyone is friendly. They are fairly punctual. I've never waited past my appointment time. The nurses are understanding. My doctor is absolutely wonderful.
My experience when i first met the doctor was for him to inform me that he does not prescribe pain meds. I was on a new patient visit to make sure that when something happens, I'm set. That is an insulting thing to say to someone you just met. I barely said Hello and never asked for anything except an introduction. When recurring hip pain comes back, I have to go to him again. Do not put "south" in the address when you Google map it.
This place has a serve competency issue. No one follows supposed guidelines they claim to have. They have no ideal how to bill as i had to fight 6 months to get them to file my insurance. The acting care physicians would rather pick a fight with you instead of do their jobs. This is just the tip of the iceberg beware and go somewhere else.
