This place has a serve competency issue. No one follows supposed guidelines they claim to have. They have no ideal how to bill as i had to fight 6 months to get them to file my insurance. The acting care physicians would rather pick a fight with you instead of do their jobs. This is just the tip of the iceberg beware and go somewhere else.
Newton is a professional. Willett is also tremendous. Such brilliant minds in a small town. Great people to receive care from!
The one star review is based only upon the phone number for the Bakersville Clinic (which is the home base; Spruce Pine is a satellite clinic and the staff and doctors/PAs there are caring, professional, kind, and responsive! I have had nothing but positive experiences there.
