This is a very clean quite pet friendly apartment. I been here 2 years with no problems. The manager is great too.
Don't expect to get your damage deposit back because by the time you have cleaned everything and paid for someone to get the carpets cleaned you have spent the same amount of money as your damage deposit
The place was nice and clean and fairly new appliances etc. It came with a small deep freeze too. The place is always so hot though, especially in the summer but winter too. We just leave window open all the time. The building is pretty quite and kept clean. Landlord can be a grump but gets things done. sometimes the hot water goes out for a bit. overall a good place to live. the living room is an odd shape, kind long like, making furniture placement difficult lol.
