Regarding maintenance: Maintenance done by WILL. Outstanding job, friendly. Regarding promotion that avenue living offers: Have concerns about this promotion thing. It’s been a year and it hasn’t been sorted yet. The lady with whom I dealt prior to moving into Avenue Living is no longer working with Avenue Living and the promotion is still pending. I would really appreciate it if this could be sorted out at the earliest convenience . Overall, I have no issues with it except for this.

Good place, good choice, and very good service.
I had a new maintenance man come in to do some work and you was amazing and it a great job clean up after him self and was very polite and compassionate on making sure the job was being done right I am very please on how he communicate with me and listen to my concerns and handle it professionally.
