The payment machine or gate breaks about half the time, leaving huge lines of cars trapped in the lot with no way out. Good luck getting someone on the phone to help get you out, especially after hours or on weekends.
I parked here twice recently. No issues either time. Got ticket going in, and then automatic payment / barrier going out. And it's right next to the Bus / Train station - amazing.
Please do yourself a favor and not park here. An hour after getting into the car we literally moved 6 feet. One exit which is a major bottleneck. This is a complete mess!!!
