Less than an hour ago I parked here to drop off someone for a bus from Hartford to Boston. The red ProPark sign near the Spruce Street entrance said $2 for up to 30 minutes. We could have just dropped our passenger off for the bus which was to depart in 15 minutes, but for $2 we decided we would park and walk our passenger to the bus and wait for a few minutes. When we exited the ProPark we were charged $5 for less than 15 minutes. This is very disappointing and I’m wondering what happened. Was I overcharged?

The payment machine or gate breaks about half the time, leaving huge lines of cars trapped in the lot with no way out. Good luck getting someone on the phone to help get you out, especially after hours or on weekends.
I parked here twice recently. No issues either time. Got ticket going in, and then automatic payment / barrier going out. And it's right next to the Bus / Train station - amazing.
