I have been coming to Spruce Salon for a number of years and my experience has been the same every time - ABSOLUTE PERFECTION!!! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly and I am always treated as if I am someone very special. Paula - the wonderful and talented owner - has always been so kind, friendly, and accommodating to me and I always get so many compliments on my hair color and cut. On top of all of that, the salon is beautiful and comfortable. What more could you ask for? I STRONGLY RECOMMEND SPRUCE SALON!!!

I strongly urge folks to avoid Spruce Salon if they value clear communication and kindness from their hair stylist. I saw Paula for a short haircut and am devastated by the results. And I’m just as disappointed by the way Paula handled the situation when I voiced my concerns. The final result of my haircut is completely different than what I requested. I showed Paula a photo of the shape I was aiming for, and asked for my hair to be cut a bit longer than the photo. Unfortunately she cut my hair drastically shorter! Even wors... read more
