Spruce Salon has become my go-to after my 20 year search for “my salon”. I’ve had both long and short haircuts with different stylists. My last two haircuts were with Paula. She gave me the most stylish bobs which received wonderful compliments. I live in Brooklyn and have been to many salons, paying close over $120 for mediocre haircuts. I am actually so disappointed. I walked out feeling great because she took the time to really bring my curls out and diffuse me and my hair was bouncy and healthy looking. Once I got home though I realized how bad it was. The hairline is diabolical and the cut looks like the first haircut you give to your Barbie as a kid. The highlights start way lower down on one side of my head than the other. It’s really awful paying $350 for a cut and color that I’ll have to go somewhere to have completely redone by someone else. Great cut, professional, fun, and super educational! Paula walked me through useful products that I can use at home and gave me exactly the cut I asked for!
