Beautiful salon!!
I have been coming to see Rhonda for many years now and have raved about her so now my whole family has her cut their hair. She is so kind and caring and listens to you when asking for a style. Rhonda is a very experienced hairstylist and I trust her completely. I read someone’s bad review, but everyone I know that goes here is completely satisfied so maybe check yourself before posting next time.
Total and absolute nightmare experience. Paula texted me 15 minutes before my appointment that she was 45 minutes away and I had to wait. When I asked what ETA her navigation said, she admitted she wasn't actually in a car and had to find a ride. Then she sent over a chop-shop hack who started washing my hair and told me she has ten minutes for me. I knew things were getting worse and worse by the minute. nice chill people who know how to cut hair, came multiple times with different stylists and never had a problem
I went into spruce today with my 8 months old for an impulsive haircut and was met by Brielle who gave me the best salon experience I ever had. Bringing my baby in I was so scared it would be a hassle but was determined to something for myself and Brielle delivered not only did I get an amazing hair cut (& consultation to make sure it’s what I wanted) she was patient and kind and understanding with me having to stop to make sure he was okay. I will 1000000% be going back to her for anything I need
