Very bad communication. They blamed AI as for why they didn’t get back to me the day I drove 3 hours each way, had sold the car. Had me wait at the dealership for another hour to only then try to sell me a different car.
Joseph was super helpful and friendly and not pushy at all! It was a breath of fresh air as far as the car buying process. I was able to get everything done over the phone. Both he and the finance manager were extremely transparent and made things super simple. I'm extremely happy with the deal I got and the truck!! Would recommend going to these guys versus any other car dealerships in the area
Very bad communication. Drove almost 3 hours each way to be told the person I spoke with wasn’t real, but AI and after another 45 minutes of waiting, that the car was sold. Free water, though.
