Very nice homes, but the management ruins the experience ! The on site manager, (name omitted for legal reasons ) will hold a grudge if any complaints are lodged , making you afraid to voice your opinion in fear of retribution. Would not recommend to inexperienced renters, or to people who wish to live without a year of eviction over differences with management.
Being that I'm the manager here, I can verify neither of the 2 gentleman who have reviewed my property have even lived here.
This place is a shit hole the manager loves to harrass some of the residents she evicted me for false rumors shes only heard. And i would advise corprate office to give her a drug test not long ago she was smoking marijuana with maintenence crew members in one of the empty units. And A building is filled with assholes who spread rumors & get into everyones buisness. Everyone is very rude here & the whole place is infested with roaches & bed bugs id advise nobody to rent here this place is horrible
This property has harrased my family for months. We told the landlord we would be out by a certain date and she has came into our house 3 different times without permission. She never evicted us and doesn't give notice to leaving she has unlocked our doors and made my pregnant girlfriend scared and unsafe to be in her own house. She even had her maitnence men climb through our kitchen window trying to steal our kitten. WHO DOES THIS?!! We will be in touch with better business bureau of Ohio and the attorney general. I had a wonderful experience here today (06/05/2015) at Evergreen. They answered all my questions and was very polite and professional! I hope to be a future tenant at Evergreen Apartments! :)
I just love it here! It's quiet and the country setting is so soothing. My prayers have been answered and I am truly blessed!
