I'm a new tenant at Spruce Heights, and the apartment is really lovely with all the amenities I need. The manager, ANDY, was very helpful, and the orientation he gave me about the apartment was really good and understandable. He also dealt with me in a very professional manner, explaining every detail of the lease documents and making our process simple.
Was very helpful and welcoming, great to work with.
Glenn came to fix our toilets. Both were clogged. Quick service and friendly.
