Woodland Valley is a great place to live! Jessica, Scott, Trent and Graham have been very helpful and make a great team. Highly recommend this apartment complex!
Scott is a very efficient maintenance person. His attention to detail is very much appreciated. He promptly responds to requests. I never need to worry about something be done in the most efficient way if Scott is on the job. Besides his ability to handle any issue, his personality is also greatly appreciated; always with a smile. I would highly recommend Scott for any recognition that would apply to his profession or personality.
Jessica runs the property and she has been fantastic over the last year to my fiancé and myself. Also, Scott is head of maintenance out here. He always take care of an issues. Great team and great community!
I have nothing but good things to say about Woodland Valley Apartments and its management and maintenance. They are focused on excellence in all areas, and today demonstrated that again in replacing two faucets and a shower head at my request. They came on one of the days and the timeframe I requested and Scott and Trent did their usual efficient and thorough best to get the job done while being kind and personable.
