I have lived here 3 months now and I LOVE my 2 bedroom apt. They are working diligently to landscape area with beautiful plants since tornado. Staff is great too. Mark answers all my questions quickly. I have not needed maintenance as of yet but Crow is super friendly replacing some screens. He always has a smile and a wave when I see him. I lived at Woodland Valley (previously Spruce Creek) for the past 4 years and had a great experience. The location is quiet and all my neighbors have been nice. The office staff, especially the manager - Jessica, have been wonderful to work with. Definitely recommend!
Scott and Mitch did a fantastic job of installing my new washer and dryer. Very efficient. I'd highly recommend them for any job on the Spruce Creek campus.
