Old, smelly, overpriced. It's cute how you reply to this trying to mitigate the review. Its not a new stink. Its been there a long time. It's well overpriced for the area, age, and overall state of the apartments. You know it's crappy. You just don't care.

Pay almost 2000$ to live here and the washer and dryer constantly break down, management take days to repair. Don’t bother spending your money here.

If I could give them negative stars I would. If you are looking to have you money stolen by a property manager, you should definitely rent here. Hands down the least professional company Ive ever dealt with. Made it impossible to pay their rent thru their portal forcing you to pay credit card fees or late fees only to argue every month for a year. Don't even try to get a viewing. They won't show up, won't answer calls, won't even turn the phone on. When you do get thru, they act clueless and don't help at all. Wasted my time, my gas, and my money just ATTEMPTING to view the place. Horrible staff. Also, the entire property is under construction - so it will be noisy constantly. Enjoy.
