After moving in recently I am loving it more than I thought I would! Mgmt seems really on top of things, some reviews made me a bit worried about security, but it looks like a lot of improvement has been made. Only time will tell, but as of now super thrilled to be here!
Living at Spruce Apartments has been such a positive experience! This is the first place I’ve stayed this long, and that really says a lot about how comfortable and welcoming it feels. This apartment building has a growing homeless population living and openly setting fires/using drugs in their dumpster area that is shared with LA fitness parking. This property management company has failed to address this issue despite there being several calls to the Seattle Police regarding dangerous activity. Spruce Apartments has not contained the area and its becoming unsafe for us residents. I would not recommend living here to anyone, especially those with young children.
neighbors above STOMP/move furniture way past quiet hours. they will even complain against you if you make any noise. management takes sides and doesn’t do an actual thing. if you’re lucky and get a top floor apartment; you probably don’t have to worry. found out the unit i got was vacant for a while and starting to realize why. dog friendly but definitely not kid friendly
