Spruce is trying to charge me $5,000 for an event I didn’t host, wasn’t at, and didn’t buzz anyone in for. Their leasing agent Nolan was the one who approved it in writing, buzzed people in, and walked them through the building, showing them where it could happen. I was at work the entire time until the event got shut down. When I got home, I was confronted by Sashel, who started yelling at me. Spruce staff and maintenance are fantastic. The common area improvements are great as well as the amenities and proximity to everything.

The facility itself is good. Solid group of employees amazing cleaning lady especially considering the maintenance is unable or must be to a busy to change a trash can most of the time….They thrive for a welcoming and safe community like the name says and all the work they do in creating this community is great and very appreciated. However the immediate surrounding area before you get to the Junction is not safe. There is a homeless shelter which seems to be a more recent development…it claims to be a “Vet” center…it claims... read more
