Love Spruce Salon and Spa!! ! I receive excellent customer service, the entire staff are very friendly and the Salon is inviting, stress free and amazing. They even give complimentary hand massages!! Kelly is the best!! She takes pride in her work, she listens to you, she takes her time and doesn't rush, she even explains how to style your hair. I am always 110% satisfied with my cut, color and experience when I walk out the door! You MUST try Spruce Salon downtown Vernon.
I have had the good luck to be a client of Katies for several years. Not only does she offer perfect colour and styling, she is an admirable young business woman who sets a great example of how to run a successful business while still being connected to her clients. If you haven't been to Spruce yet, you need to! Katie and her staff are warm, friendly and knowledgeable, Aveda products are pure and fresh and smell heavenly! Prices are on par with any other salon, but all you need is one visit to see why it's worth switching to Spruce!

Kelly is excellent! She listens to me when I tell her what I'm looking for in cut/color/style and shares her knowledge and expertise to guide the process-and she's a lot of fun! This along with the very relaxing atmosphere have me looking forward to my regular visits:)

Katie is an excellent hair stylist, very talented! She is very knowledgeable about Aveda's products, hair colour, techniques, and explains what she is doing and why. The salon itself is so professional and clean but also warm and inviting. In my opinion it is the best salon in Vernon.
Kelly is a perfectionist. She knows her way around cuts, colours and all things to do with hair. She is a five star stylist.
