My grandson currently lives there. He has already put in his notice to move at the end of his lease. Horrible maintenance. Water Leak again under the kitchen sink for the third time, within 9 months. Water still leaking, the mold & mildew smell is terrible. Water still running/standing on the kitchen floor. They haven't resolved it. Also, the residents on the 2nd floor let their Dogs out several times each day onto the patio 2 pee & poop 💩 on my grandson's 1st floor patio furniture. Apartments have roaches , they will show you an apartment a nice remodeled apartment and send you to an old roach infestation one on grand ave . Do not trust the discounts!! No parking, dogs allowed to roam and poop on the walkways and grass and entrance to the pool. RUN

Generally good; the leasing office is pleasant, but I have had some issues with maintenance, and like rent everywhere, rent is high. Parking isn’t exactly abundant, but I’ve only come home to find there were zero available spots a couple times.
