Great place for kids! Did the best job for my 2 year old!
I can’t say enough good things about Birch & Blonde! It’s so amazing to have a place to bring both my kids where they feel comfortable in a space designed for them. Adrienne has been cutting my son’s hair since he was 1, and she has always been so patient and taken good care of him despite his not loving the clippers. I've been bringing my children to Birch & Blond for the last three years. We see Adrienne. She started with fixing a bad haircut we received elsewhere and was very patient with my younger child, who didn't like getting their haircut (then 3 years-old). She listens to our requests and their hair always looks great when we leave and grows out well. My kids now ask to go get their haircuts! Had a terrible experience with Adrienne. She treated my 3 year old son horribly. Speaking to him like he was a teenager. Really rude and abrasive. Others here a great but can’t shake this experience off. I couldn’t imagine speaking to any child the way she spoke to mine. Legitimately yelling at him, SIT UP STRAIGHT!! The kid is 3 for god sake. Learn how to speak to children.
Can we give Miss Jenny 10 stars? Easy scheduling, family friendly facility, and stylists that can use sharp instruments on rapidly moving targets. We’ll never go anywhere else.
