The manager was extremely professional, helpful, and welcoming when helping me. Unlike the Carmel Mountain store, which has poor customer service, this store genuinely knows how to handle store policies properly while making you feel valued.
Today I bought some seasoned chicken wings from Sprouts that were on sale. Unfortunately, after cooking them, I discovered that the Honey Chipotle flavor was completely spoiled. The taste were clearly off after cooking, and I had to throw the entire batch away. I initially thought I was getting a good deal because they were on sale, but now I’m wondering if there was a reason they were discounted. Selling spoiled raw chicken is a serious food-safety concern. Very disappointing experience.
Great selection of items, well organized, and the staff is always courteous and helpful (even as closing time approaches).

I’ve been shopping at this Sprouts location for over 10 years, but the service in the meat department over the last 4 to 5 years has made grocery shopping here an awful experience. Whenever I hand-pick chicken and ask to have it cut while I finish shopping, the meat department staff act completely irritated—rolling their eyes, shaking their heads, and making downright rude comments to my face about how I should have called in the morning instead.
