To whom it may concern, I usually enjoy shopping at Sprouts, but my recent experience at the Henderson, NV store was disappointing. I called about a bad sandwich, and the manager, Tanya, hung up on me and later said she was ‘through with the conversation’ with no apology. I felt dismissed and disrespected. I hope this feedback helps ensure future customer interactions are handled more professionally.
Dont order catering to this location. I ordered catering online last week and received confirmation and a bar code. Showed up today to get my order—nobody fulfilled it. I guess nobody bothered to check the system to see if online orders were placed. I had an event scheduled in 45 minutes…
