Ignorance is bliss!
Came in to purchase family prep meals and asked for help. I stood at the order counter for 10 minutes with 6 workers behind the counter all ignoring me until a circulating manager came and told someone to help me. I went to checkout at self checkout and needed assistance. Hit the call button and waited 3 minutes and an assistant came over to the kiosk and ignored my customer service call for member id help. The Laveen store is one of best places in Phoenix, the staff is like family. Heather in the vitamin department is fantastic. She takes time to make sure you get the right product and keeps her department in pristine shape.
