Avoid at all costs – This place is a disaster. I have never before met with such obstinate inflexibility, stupidity, and incompetence in a management company.
Caveat Emptor!!!!! – Overall, they're not that bad. They have some fairly decent properties at reasonable prices, and they try to make sure that the properties are adequately maintained. On the flip side though, like most other college town rental property management firms they try to snag you into an early lease renewal. My best advice for this seedy tactic of theirs: BEWARE!
