Totally agree with what Alderson said. We don't need businesses such as this one in the Valley or atleast not with it being at the state it is currently, I would not recommend at all until some improvements are made. My recent interaction with someone representing Sprout Salon was unprofessional, hostile, and completely inappropriate. Instead of approaching a concern respectfully or verifying facts, she chose to send aggressive, accusatory messages filled with assumptions and threats. I expect basic professionalism from any business in Teays Valley, and this was the opposite. The attitude, entitlement, and unnecessary hostility were unacceptable.
