I highly recommend that you go elsewhere if you are considering care for your child. We have been with Sprout since it opened, and here is the overall experience that we had. Expect the possibility of very long wait times regardless of when you schedule an appointment. On one occasion, when my child was feeling very poorly, I called and got an appointment. I was referred to Sprout since I was new-ish to the area and a first time parent. Of course as a first time parent, you're learning numerous amount of things day to day and wanted to feel at ease to come to Sprout for all my sons non-emergent medical needs. I gave it close to a year until I decided to switch pediatricians due to reasons such as: 1- long wait times after being ushered into a room. Very hostile front desk and outwardly discriminatory. Have gotten similar feedback from other parents and would never send my child here.
