My brother just got his bike here and Brandon was soo kind and helpful!! He made him feel comfortable and told him everything he needed to know about bikes and the other accessories needed - as well as helping him with bike delivery and a ride back to his campus. Been in a few times looking for parts I didn't need at the time and the service guys were all quite helpful with knowing part compatibility. Last week I called in to see if they had any parts to replace a worn crankset I have and they didn't, but did actually know the correct measurements of an uncommon one that I was able to get and fit my bike correctly. Working with two other bigger bike shops led me back to searching catalogs for measurements before calling Sprockets.
Brandon was very friendly and knowledgeable, very nice selection of new and used bicycles, and one year of free maintenance if you buy a bike (plus ten percent off lights and helmets).
