I took my R500 Cannondale in for a tuneup. I got a call from them and they said that I needed a new shifter. Well here is why they got a 1 star from me. I wouldn't give any at all but 1 is as low as you can give. I went and pick my bike up after they charge me 10.00 for what I don't know because when I got home I put the old shifter cable back on and my bike shifts fine.
