I’ve had two flats on my Electra Townie Go, and Brandon has gotten me back on the road in short order. Today he left me a message that my bike was ready even before I had gotten back home.
The mechanic staff looked at the issues with my wheel, communicated with me clearly how to proceed, and gave me a clear price range I might be looking at for repairs. They were awesome, my bike feels great again, and the cost was more than fair!!!!
