RecommendedBought a new Motobacane online, assembled it but had a front derailleur rub. Watched a YouTube video on how to adjust but I just made it worse. Took it in to Sprockets on July 3 and Gary fixed my issue and adjusted the brakes as well, got it back in a few hours and will be heading to the trails today. Thanks Gary and Sprockets for your awesome customer service. Happy Forth of July!

At Sprockets, every employee there is professional, knowledgeable, courteous & helpful. In my many visits there for various repairs & upgrades to my bike (that was not even purchased there) no matter how busy they were, they helped me beyond what I could have hoped for, gave me excellent advise, pointed out options that I never would have thought of & shared biking stories as they cheerfully assisted me with my needs. I am spoiled rotten now!
Love the Specialized Roll bikes my hubby and I both got from Sprockets. They helped us figure out what kind of bike we wanted, let us test ride them, and they continue to adjust/tune them for lifetime. Great personalized service.

I had a flat on my wheelchair so I couldn’t even get out of my car to go in. They were nice enough to come out to my car get the rims and take them in and hooked me up with two new tires and bring them back out to me. Very cool people.
