I contacted Spro Carpets And Cleaning after a previous company arrived at my house without 1) necessary equipment (they even asked to borrow mine,) 2) water supply (even though their vehicle had its own water, it was an extra cost and they were unable to perform the service that day,) 3) a suitable connector for my sink (which they damaged by trying to force their own connector onto it.)
