I can’t say enough good things about my carpet and rug cleaning experience with Julian and Thomas. They were running a little behind our morning appointment, but Julian reached out right away to keep me updated and also sent a message when they were on the way. That kind of communication was very thoughtful and professional, and it made the whole service feel easy from the start. I had carpet installed on the stairs in my condo, and after a while, even though it was good quality and had several shades of blue, it started to look worn and dirty from regular foot traffic. Julian and Malachi were terrific. They did an amazing job deep cleaning the rugs and carpets throughout our home, and they were very quick to respond when we had a small pet stain emergency later that day. We later had them return for a full carpet cleaning service, and once again the experience was great. Malachi was wonderfu... read more

From the person who scheduled the appointment to the technicians who called to ask if arriving a few hours early would be okay, everyone was c... read more

We were in the middle of a remodel and kept our existing tile floors and nearby carpeted areas, but everything was covered with construction dust and ground-in dirt. the crew did an amazing job with the deep tile and grout cleaning, resealing, and detail work, and the floors now look like new again. we are so glad we decided to keep them instead of replacing them. There was one small grout spot in the shower that i asked malachi about, and he came back soon after and took care of it without any hassle. they really go above a... read more
