One of my technicians vans broke down just outside Portland, on the way to Seattle, and was towed to this shop after hours. I called in the morning when they opened and explained the situation. The van was diagnosed immediately, estimate given, parts ordered, and repairs completed by the end of the work day to get my tech back on the road, and working again. This is the best, and fastest Sprinter service I have ever received! Thank you!
Very satisfied! Called about an issue and was given advice over the phone and an invitation to come in for free assessment of the problem. Once I arrived and they had a look they squeezed me into the schedule and had me back on the road in one hour. Excellent!
