Very Positive experience. I bought the Terrawagen Airvent Cab Window Inserts (Sprinter). A very durable attractive design and functional. allowing me to add ventilation and keep me secure at night. In fact they were much more sturdy than I thought. When I decided to go through with a complete window install of my Sprinter and wanted to return them within 30 days, it was done totally hassle free. Will definitely be back for more items I will need for my upfit. Jerry
Ordered 4 Lithium batteries on 11/12. On 11/18 was called and advised they could not honor the online pricing and needed another $540. Since I needed them I paid it and was told they would drop ship from manufacturer and be to me by Thanksgiving. On 11/23 I contacted them since I hadn't received a tracking number and was now advised the batteries would ship to the Sprinter Store and would they ship to me.
