So this was are first time renting a sprinter. It was great with plenty of room. We truly enjoyed the van for our trip. It fit everyone comfortably. Robert was quick at responding and pick up and drop off were easy. The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star is that when we picked up the vehicle we found it dirty not even wiped down inside or out. No Tv which was in the description and lastly was it was not filled with gas when picked up. So we had to take the extra time to go fill up. But other than that I was a great trip ... read more
We rented the luxury Sprinter van for our family trip, and it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! The van was spotless, comfortable, and loaded with features that made the drive so enjoyable. Our kids especially loved the interior lighting and the built-in TV — it kept them entertained the entire ride. The seating was roomy and the ride was super smooth, making it perfect for our drive.
