5 stars for Stan and his customer service. The sprinter was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, especially traveling with people ranging from 5’10” to 6’4”. The rental process was straightforward, communication was great, and Stan was always reachable if we had questions or concerns. Before our trip, the previous renters had an incident where the back window was broken into. We had a nice family road trip in Stan's 11 passenger Sprinter van. We were all very comfortable. The van was very clean and roomy for everyone's luggage in the trunk space. We would definitely rent again with Stan for future family trips.
Stan and his Mercedes Sprinter was the absolute best thing our golf team couldve used for the week. Stan is very easy to get a hold of and makes renting very simple. The Van is second to none, the seats, the interior just everything about it was top notch.
Sven did an absolutely fantastic job organizing our Sprinter rental in Munich, Germany for our trip to Cortina, Italy for the Olympics! From start to finish, everything went incredibly smooth. The pickup and return process were seamless, and communication was excellent the entire time. Sven was responsive, professional, and made the whole experience stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better rental experience and would highly recommend working with him to anyone looking for reliable transportation!
