I called in and got a fair quote from Sergio for a brake job so we made an appointment 2 weeks later. I called and re-verified the quote before I dropped off the van. The mechanic was professional and polite but didn't know anything about the quote and said Sergio wasn't in to honor any quote. Brought my Sprinter van for an intermittent no-start issue. Despite charging $175 for diagnosis, they couldn't reproduce the problem and instead provided $2000+ in unrelated repair recommendations. The real issue came at pickup - they failed to mention over the phone that the van had NO BRAKES, leaving me stranded at 6:30 PM with an undriveable vehicle.
