I called in and got a fair quote from Sergio for a brake job so we made an appointment 2 weeks later. I called and re-verified the quote before I dropped off the van. The mechanic was professional and polite but didn't know anything about the quote and said Sergio wasn't in to honor any quote. Brought in for an electrical module, Over charged 400% for dissimilar parts and ended up creating more problems, which they couldn't solve. Had the vehicle for over a week, Would definitely not recommend.
