Brought my Sprinter van for an intermittent no-start issue. Despite charging $175 for diagnosis, they couldn't reproduce the problem and instead provided $2000+ in unrelated repair recommendations. The real issue came at pickup - they failed to mention over the phone that the van had NO BRAKES, leaving me stranded at 6:30 PM with an undriveable vehicle.
