Ashley that works there is the best!!! She helped my 88 year old mother with a new phone. She got it set up for her and explained everything. My mom is not the best understanding a smart phone, so Ashley was a real blessing. I called the day before to see if someone could help my mom when she came in and Ashley said she would and she did. I hope management see's this review because Ashley definitely deserves to be acknowledged for her kindness and compassion.
I’m 79 years old and I dreaded the thought of coming into get a phone set up. CJ was phenomenal. He was extraordinarily patient with this old man and full of the information that I needed. I give him a 10.
UPDATE: Save your self time and Do not go to this location it is a 3rd party and they dont care about good customer service. GO TO Costco T-Mobile they are amazing they actually helped us the other store when we set up with entered my immigration # wrong and then refused to help in anyway pther than tell me to buy a new phone!!!
