RecommendedVery helpful and patient. My only complaint is that I was told I’d get a $200 rebate on a card after 2 months. I filled out all of the info and waited, 2 months later and Sprint tells me I didn’t qualify somehow. So be careful about what offers you’re told you can get.
The customer service here is beyond horrible. I had an appointment that I was 10 mins early for. When I arrived I notified the staff that I had an appointment and they simply told me to “sit down.” I waited 20 mins past my appointment time and wasn’t even acknowledged. When I told them I was leaving because I didn’t have time to wait any longer (hence the appt!) the guy said “ok, sorry.” Really? Horrible experience.
