I ordered a phone and had a 6pm appointment yesterday at this store! To say I was less than impressed is an understatement! We didn’t have to wait very long but the young gal that waited on us did not even activate the phone or move any photos to the phone! We ended up having to go to a much better store...what should have taken maybe 30 mins consumed well over 2.5 hours of my Friday evening! I certainly will not be going back to this location.
There was only one person ahead of me yet it took 1 hour and 15 minutes to be waited on. They were unbelievably unprofessional and not only did they have the music in the speakers above but rhey had loud nasty rap music that one of your employees blasted through a Bluetooth. I found out that I had been being overcharged $50 a month for 2 years and 9 months and they blamed it on me. They were rude, and unorganized and had not a clue what they were doing, and didn't care! No wonder Sprint is in such bed condition!!!
Had a horrible experience at another store but the girl that helped me today at the ward parkway location was super nice and helpful!
