I had issues with the customer service over the phone. But after speaking with Jose, the store manager, and Javier at the New Jersey Garden Mall second floor location, Jose and Javier were very helpful and made me feel comfortable. I had a great experience at T-Mobile at the New Jersey Garden Mall, top floor, with the store manager Jose and Javier. After having a bad experience over the phone with custimer service and even a bad experience at Verizon, the team over there at the New Jersey Garden Mall was able to go far and beyond. I don't recommend calling the customer service even though they're very helpful for T-Mobile.
