My family and I went to a different T-Mobile store and were told that, with what we wanted to do, we had to call customer service. Later that day, we called customer service and spent 2-3 hours getting passed around and told that someone else would handle it. After so much back and forth, we decided to go to THIS T-Mobile store where we met Paola.
