Eli Maor is an excellent landlord who uses Sprint Realty to show his available apartments for rent. Sprint Realty helped me secure an apartment many years ago and Eli always repaired and renovated the apt. and building over the years and has made it so much lovelier than it once was 10 years ago. He takes very good care of where I live. I would give this business ZERO stars if I could. The owner, Eli Maor owns several properties in Brooklyn and Queens and does NOTHING to upkeep or maintain them. I’ve lived in one of his apartments for two years and he’s ignored all of my requests. I have had several leaks, rats in the front yard due to garbage cans that he refuses to replace,roaches, broken stairs, unsafe entryways, inadequate appliances, (a refrigerator that won’t stay cold and a stove that didn’t work for over a year.)
