All I can say is OMG because I got the best customer service from JB. She was so sweet and helpful. Not only that …she was fine fine. I will definitely recommend this location to everyone I know. ❤️

Im from out of town and I needed service fixed with my phone (Googled the closest location) & the store associate JB was so nice. She greeted me with all smiles and definitely helped me with my phone and its issues. Best customer service I’ve experience from the Norm I’m used at other stores… Thank You JB!! Highly recommend this T-Mobile Location

JB was able to help me fix my account with no problem and was very nice I’m definitely going to come back she has a really nice smile great energy and very cute might I add thank you JB 😃😃😃

Been overcharged for 6 months for a device I don’t even have and was forced to trade in. Johnny the manager is unprofessional and a complete liar. Took him 3 months to answer my messages only after threatening to contact store owner / regional manager. He still has not resolved the issue and lies every time we speak. Reported the store to BBB for fraudulent practices. Several employees stated fraud frequently occurs with overcharging customers and other issues. Would NOT recommend T-Mobile nor this specific store to anyone.
