We were guaranteed a certain process and that process did not unfold like it was explained to us. We are currently awaiting a call from the district manager. If he makes contact and makes it right, we will remove our comments. Until then I strongly urge everyone to find a different provider.

the worse cell phones place you can get they charge to much and when you pay your bill they still cut off your phone you don't get a full month of service I paid my bill and they turn my phone off after. 2 weeks of service
The manager Jeremy was so rude, I purchased my new iPhone on a Saturday and he was late opening the store, then went back in a few days later with questions and he was very rude and treated me like I was dumb. That’s no way to treat your customers!
