My wife and I decided to stop by and purchase some Apple watches at this store. We had a good experience doing so. The person who helped us was Stephanie. She was pleasant to work with and got us in and out of the store with what we wanted.

I Love the employees at this location. Very helpful and very informative. They took the time to give me all my options, and helped me picked the best one for me. Laycie, Jordan, and Jeffrey were awesome and a joy to work with. I would highly recommend this lake Stevens store!! Also been with T-Mobile for 22 yrs!!!

I switched over from Verizon with their great offer from my husband’s account! I had exceptional service from the people inside the store, which were Ryan, Laycie, Jordan, and Jeffrey. They were awesome, and knew what they were doing and made the process of transferring easy and friendly!! Thank you so much to the Lake Stevens team!!! This will save me about $100 per month!!!

Walked in and was greeted immediately by Jordan he made it the best mobile experience I've ever had. he had the time and patience to go over all my options! I will definitely be going back!
