Kevin at T-Mobile was absolutely amazing. His customer support was beyond exceptional. Natalie was also incredibly helpful. If you're looking for a new plan or device, definitely go speak to one of them!
I stopped by this location because I wanted to switch all my phone lines over from Verizon. I stood there for 15 minutes without getting acknowledged or helped, so I left. Not a good introduction to this company.

Worst customer service. Disrespectful and treating customers as if they don't know anything. Ana you are great but your store manager sucks.he needs to learn how to treat customers better and with respect. We found the deal we wanted online, just need to wait til Monday.
