Everytime I go in this store it's a bad experience. I went in beginning of April and got a tablet. Was told if I don't like it I have 30 days to return it. I returned it within the 30 days and $240 showed up on my bill for the payoff of the tablet. It was returned in the same condition I received it and I even kept the box. Seriously?! Unfortunately, I have to be honest with the service at Sprint Chillicothe Ohio on Bridge St. It is absolutely horrible!!! I was with T Mobile and Everything was going well, then out of the blue they raise my phone bill from $65 per month to $80. So I go into Sprint and the salesman promises us that our bill will not be over $70 bucks and they will buy out our T-mobile plan and device. Well NONe of those promises were kept!!!!! We had an issue with credits not being properly applied to the account and with repairs. Mr. Griggs (assistant mgr.) and Mr. Lowe (repair tech) were able to find reasonable solutions when corporate had failed to do so over the last year. I am quite happy with their service! Thank You!
