This experience was simply terrible! I went to this location to adjust my bill because of some services no longer needed. The Customer Service Rep. was very "nice nasty" and for the most part...clueless to a simple request. Okay, I waited 45 min for this! Thank God his Suprv. (T.K.) agreed to help me out because Eli was only causing me to develop a headache with his smug antics!

The worst customer service no help from Asurion or the store! Imagine no phone for a couple weeks all I get is we are tracking package or its on backorder. I have been a customer for 10+ years
