Brock is the worse customer service representative I have ever encountered!
Walked in and right way I was refused service & she told me I had to get a new phone and nothing I else could be done... Turns out my phone needed to be hard reset... & works just fine... after my 9 year old fixed my phone... Maybe a good spot for someone who is just looking to buy a phone case...don’t walk in the door expecting a solution without willing to buy a new phone site on seen.

I'm a 15 year customer that experienced horrible customer service for a simple phone case exchange - please avoid Sprint at all costs!
I’m very disappointed with my service and with the phone. The first day I came into sprint looking for a phone but for some reason the sales lady wanted to sell me a phone and a iPad . She said it’s ok the iPad is free and ok that’s fine just add it. The next bill comes out my iPhone and iPad cost twices much then what she said in the store. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful...I also like that the music is never so loud you can't hear yourself think! This is the nicest Sprint store I've visited in our 20 years as a customer.
The staff will go above and beyond to ensure your service and device is functioning. You'll find the store manager out on the floor rather than locked in an office.
4 visit and two phones new phones and still can't make a simple call with our it "failing" going to sprint used to solve the issue now it was a waste of gas and time ... 4 trips to sprint and new phones and still cant make a call and they won't end my contract they just want me to use my available upgrade !! Not acceptable, you guys have to do better !
