I came in to this store believeing that it would be better than my previous carrier. IS WAS NOT!! I came to this store when i was in vegas (im from california) and was extremely happy with the service i recieved from nick! Nick was very honest he explained to me why my bill was so high and explained to me ways i can get my bill to go down. That day i walked out with a tablet and he walked me step by step through the agreement as to just asking me to sign and hit next. Sprint has always taken care of my needs. Whether it be sprint.com, sprint on the phone, or sprint store. This has been one of my favorite stores in town. However, all Sprint associates I have encountered are knowledgable, and very helpful. I have had Sprint service for over 15 years. They have taken care with any issues I may have had such as children using internet, overages, etc... I would recommend ANY sprint store and Sprint service where it is available.
