Came to repair my iPhone, the store manager Joe and the technician Gus were super helpful and very professional, and got the issue taken care of. Prior to this I was at another sprint store, and on the phone with sprint tech support for a total of about 5 hours over 6 days which was very frustrating to say the least. I really appreciate the professionalism and experience at this store, took care my issue quickly! Thanks Joe and Gus and the rest of the staff!
Why even have people in the store?
I went here because I saw a commercial about a new iPhone for signing up. I left ATT after many years. The staff here are fantastic! They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. They were friendly, patient and professional. I highly recommend this store, they do care about the customer.
