i read a comment of one customer saying wait time is too long (over 15 min) and tmobile answered they will fix it. that was 3 months ago im waiting right know there is just 1 customer and me and i been for here for for 30 min waiting (pic inside waiting with my wife)
Avoid this location!! Asst mgr said this location has computer system blackouts secondly while we unfortunetly could not go 2 another the female mgr was absent in so much no one would put me intouch with her. I was told techs the day b4 could not solve the blackout. We arrived @ 11a had 2 leave returned 5p a tech was leaving still they did not even have wifi, an hour in 1 of there tablets accessed the system to process our reason 4 going there. Port my account over tmobile. Was told it would take one hr to able use the new phone. 4 hrs later, unable to use new phone. Call the store, the rep was rude and hung up on me after I said let me finish my question first before you interrupt me. I will not recommend anyone to return to this store. I will be canceling other service. Not worth to deal with rudeness from store employee.
