Arrived here to upgrade a phone line. Although there was a line to get helped, they moved quickly and was given help in less than 10 minutes. The store associate was knowledgeable with regards of phone i was inquiring about. Overall the service was phenomenal 10/10. Tmobile has been on a tare with great deals that make upgrading process easy and worth it with how much we can receive as trade in credits. I'll defenetly be back soon.
This location is RACIST. We walked in around 4:25pm on Tuesday, September 8th and no one greeted us. We didn’t think anything of it at first we decided to just look at phones and walk around. At 4:28pm (you can check cameras) the door opens and we hear Perla stop what she is doing and yells “Welcome, we’ll be with you in just one moment!” from across the store to a fair skinned Mexican man who walked in after us.
