Compré un iPhone el 17pro max de 1T y no resultó que era de 525GB no me acuerdo bine y pues nomás fui a perder tiempo y dinero tuve que regresar el equipo y pues tardaron casi un mes para que me rembolsaran el dinero pa atrás y tarde 2 horas para que me dieran el equipo, la neta una de las peores experiencias, les recomiendo AT&T muy buen servicio en esa compañía y si tenian el iPhone de 1T y me dieron una buena oferta pa que me llevara 2 de 1T por el 40% de descuento y 1 año completo en su línea de AT&T, ya no vallana T-Mob... read more

Pésimo servicio al cliente. Al llegar, me indicaron que llamara desde mi celular para recibir ayuda. Les expliqué que eso ya lo había hecho y que precisamente por esa razón me habían recomendado acudir a la tienda. Me atendió Benito, quien me dejó esperando para atender a otro cliente. I would rate higher stars if possible! From the moment I walked into the store I was greeted and assisted by Jonathan with 5-star customer service! I felt right “at home,” at ease and comfortable! Jonathan and staff, and the manager made sure nothing was left unquestioned and assisted me in every step and everything I needed! Went above and beyond! I Been with T-Mobile for seven years and this store is the worst experienced I ever had with any store as well management/employees..I’m New to the area so I went to this location to order two screen protector on June 18 for my phone and tablet and the order was never placed was helped by Ana and another employee. I had to go back on Friday June 19 and was helped by Ana , she looked at my account info saw my phone as well I told her what protecter I needed . I went to T-Mobile to buy a new phone. Right from entering Ana, the manager, greeted us so kindly. I was taken care of right away and everything went smoothly and quickly. Jessica also helped and she too was kind and professional. I had a great experience and will come back to them for any other purchases or issues.
