I’ve been a loyal T-Mobile customer for 20 years, but my recent experience at this store was deeply disappointing and frankly, disrespectful. I came in to pick up a warranty exchange device that had already been approved over the phone due to a white line on my S20 screen. Despite clearing 2 hours of my schedule, I was not greeted, had to ask around just to get on the waiting list, and was met with dismissiveness from the staff, especially the store manager.
